Returns, cancellations and cancellation policies
Cancellation does not apply if the customer has made a payment.
Returns apply if the item received is not in accordance with the order or in a damaged / defective condition / incomplete accessories. Confirmation is received within 1x24 hours since the item is received by the customer (the time we adjust with the data on the Shipping Service).
Refunds are valid if the goods ordered and paid for are not in stock and payment will be immediately VOID.
Cancellation applies if the customer has not made a payment within 3x24 hours after the order or at the customer's request.
Product delivery will be done after Optik HSF verifies via email or via confirmation form for payments made by customers. Customers can find out the order status through a delivery receipt sent by email.
Delivery is done h + 1 after we receive payment confirmation (countless days off). If there is a delay, we will immediately inform you via email.
The goods sent are insured.
Free shipping costs throughout Indonesia. Specifically through: JNE, SAP
Delivery is done by REGULAR service. If the item is returned to HSF optics because the customer's address is unclear, then the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
